1. Service Scope

  • We specialize in same-day deliveries within Central London. All requests must be placed during business hours to guarantee same-day service.

  • Delivery Types: We cater to legal documents, visa applications, and other important parcels that require swift and secure transportation.

  • We are available to work 8hrs a day 9am-5pm, 5 days a week.

  • SJ Cycles operates on a contractual basis with individual companies to provide tailored delivery services. Contracts are established for agreed-upon timeframes, typically spanning six months, with services rendered three to five days per week.

  • Clients will be charged on a per-day basis for the delivery services provided during the defined contractual period. Specific terms, including pricing and delivery schedules, will be outlined in the contractual agreement prior to service commencement.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Process: Clients can place orders via WhatsApp or email. A confirmation of the delivery request will be sent once the order is received.

  • Address Verification: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Any incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

3. Delivery Times

  • Timeliness: Deliveries are made as quickly as possible, with an aim to complete all tasks within the agreed timeframe.

  • Real-Time Updates: Clients will receive notifications regarding the status of their deliveries, including estimated delivery times.

  • Clients will also receive a link at the beginning of each shift to track the rider via WhatsApp tracking.

4. Safety Measures​

  • Secure Handling: All packages are treated with the highest level of care, and sensitive documents are stored securely throughout the delivery process.

  • Signature and photo evidence of deliveries will always be provided once deliveries are completed.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • SJ Cycles take's liability for any loss or damage caused to packages during the delivery. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, clients should notify SJ Cycles within 24 hours of the incident for assistance with claims.

  • Liability Limitations: While every effort is made to ensure safe and timely deliveries, SJ Cycles is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic accidents, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Feedback and Support: We value client feedback and encourage clients to share their experiences. Should any issues arise, please contact us directly, and we will address your concerns promptly.
